Size: 20 x 15 x 1.5’’

Weight: 10 lbs

Wood Family: Sustainably Sourced Teak

Best At: Large or labor intensive tasks. I’m built to work hard for you, ready to tackle any prep or serving task you can throw at me. With a capacity of up to 4.5 oz, my juice groove side will keep your counters dry during any kind of liquid heavy endeavors such as cutting up juicy fruits or carving pieces of meat like steak, brisket, ham, and turkey. My other side is equipped with 3 handy built-in compartments, which can be used as a catch for diced items during meal prep, or to hold any accompaniments like dips, nuts, crackers, olives, or berries when using me as a charcuterie board. Take a look at how to maximize my compartments here.

Special Skills: I am a jack of all trades! If you’ve got enough room for me in your kitchen, I can really do it all. I’m the meat carving, charcuterie sporting, veggie dicing, pizza serving, powerhouse you’ve been looking for.

Likes: Big families, hosting parties, homemade pizza, BBQing with you and your close friends and family, and regular spa treatments every 3 weeks (mineral oil or beeswax only, please!).

Dislikes: Dishwashers, baths, or anything involving submersion in water or steam, and serrated or electric carving knives, which can cause me to splinter. Also, the stove and my family are in a lifelong feud, so please don’t store me directly next to or on top of him; I just can’t stand the heat.

Safe & Non-Toxic: Free of BPA, phthalates, and formaldehyde.

Behind the Name: I am named after the Bradbury Building in downtown Los Angeles. Here are a few facts you may not know about my namesake:

  • It was built in 1893 and is famous for its stunning architecture.
  • It was designated as a national historic landmark in 1977.
  • It’s a bit of a movie star… you might recognize it from the original 1982 Blade Runner, 500 Days of Summer or Justin Timberlake’s “Say Something,” music video.

Care: Some maintenance. I’m great for first time board owners and advanced owners alike. I do require regular maintenance, but not as much as some of my siblings. For detailed care instructions click here.
