You know what they say: go big or go home. And whether you’re prepping or serving, I’m a teak wood cutting board born to be put to use. My three handy-dandy compartments are here to catch diced ingredients or hold your favorite dips when serving. Flip me over, and my juice groove (which can hold up to 4.5 oz!) will keep your counters dry during any kind of liquid-heavy endeavors such as cutting up juicy fruits or carving pieces of meat like steak, brisket, ham, and turkey.

Suffice it to say, I’m a jack of all trades! If you’ve got enough room for me in your kitchen, I can really do it all. I’m the meat carving, charcuterie sporting, veggie dicing, pizza serving, powerhouse professional cutting board you’ve been looking for.

Likes: Big families, hosting parties, homemade pizza… Am I forgetting something? Oh right. BBQs and I are best buds. Slice, carve, serve—just know that tomahawk steak boards can look this good.

Dislikes: Dishwashers, baths, or anything involving submersion in water or steam (see our FAQs for details). Also, the stove and my family are in a lifelong feud, so please don’t store me directly next to or on top of him—I just can’t stand the heat.

Safe & Non-Toxic: Free of BPA, phthalates, and formaldehyde, I’m proud to be part of a non-toxic cutting board family.

Care: Please hand wash me only. Oil me every three weeks with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax. Find my full care instructions here.

What’s in a name?

I’m named after the Bradbury Building in downtown Los Angeles. Here are a few fun facts about my namesake:

  • Built in 1893, it’s famous for its stunning architecture.
  • Designated a National Historic Landmark in 1977.
  • A bit of a movie star—you might recognize it from Blade Runner (1982), 500 Days of Summer, or Justin Timberlake’s Say Something music video.
