What are your shipping options?
We currently offer free standard shipping for all products and expedited shipping on select items. Please note that shipping times are based on business days and do not account for holidays.
Standard Shipping
We provide free ground shipping within the continental United States. After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited 2 business days shipping is available on select products for $14.99. Please allow 1 business day for processing.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Our orders are promptly sent to our fulfillment centers to ensure speedy delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@sonderla.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not available at this time. We hope to expand to more countries in the future!
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you charge for returns?
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid shipping label. This fee helps cover part of the return shipping and processing costs, and is charged per item.

Incorrect Address / Reshipment Fee Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a reshipment fee of $14.99 will apply. The item will be reshipped once we receive the returned package and payment for the reshipment fee. We’ll notify you and provide payment instructions as soon as the return is processed.

Will my purchase come all at once?
Because we fulfill orders from multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S., your items may arrive in separate shipments depending on which location has inventory nearest to you.
