Refund policy

We stand behind everything we make. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of your order date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • To get your return label, just reach out to hello@sonderla.com.
  • If an item is damaged, please email us with photos so we can take care of it right away.
  • Returned items cannot be refunded if they arrive damaged because they weren’t packaged securely for return shipping.

Holiday Return Window

Orders placed between November 28, 2025 and December 25, 2025 can be returned until January 15, 2026, or within 30 days of the order date, whichever is later. Returns must meet our usual return conditions.

Return Restocking Fee

As a small business, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders. If you need to make a return, simply reach out to request a prepaid shipping label. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover part of the return shipping and processing costs.

  • Most products: $9.99 per item

  • Cutting boards 20×15 inches or larger: $14.99 per item

To receive a refund to your original payment method, we must receive your returned items within 30 days. Once we receive and inspect them, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

We’re happy to offer a price adjustment if an item purchased from our website is reduced in price within 14 days of your order date. This policy does not apply to limited-time promotions or special sales events.

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.sonderla.com.
