Warranty
Purchase with peace of mind knowing that we stand behind our products. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Sonder Los Angeles will replace your product free of charge within one year of purchase, provided it is found to be defective in material or construction under normal use and when care instructions have been followed.
Warranty claims are intended to address manufacturing defects and are separate from our return policy. Products must be purchased directly from the Sonder Los Angeles website or the Sonder Los Angeles Storefront on Amazon. For Amazon orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, a $35 replacement shipping fee will apply to warranty replacements. Registration is required.
If a warranty replacement is issued, the original order will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or additional replacement. Warranty replacements are provided as a final resolution for eligible claims. Registration is required.
1-Year Limited Cutting Board Warranty
The following is not covered under this warranty:
- Damage to the cutting board from intentional or accidental means
- Abuse, alteration or use of cutting board for purposes other than it was intended
- Normal wear and tear such as knife marks
- Splitting or cracking due to inadequate oiling of the cutting board (click here for care instructions)
- Damage due to putting the cutting board into the dishwasher, wood products are hand wash only
- Damage due to soaking the cutting board in water
- Damage due to exposing the cutting board to extreme heat, cold or open flame
- Warping or cracking due to storing of cutting board in an excessively damp or humid environment
1-Year Limited Bread Box Warranty
The following is not covered under this warranty:

Damage to the bread box from intentional or accidental means

Abuse, alteration or use of bread box for purposes other than it was intended

Normal wear and tear on breadboard lid such as knife marks

Splitting or cracking due to inadequate oiling of the breadboard lid (click here for care instructions)

Damage due to putting the bread box and wood lid into the dishwasher, hand wash only

Damage due to soaking the wood lid in water

Sonder Los Angeles shall not be obliged to replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original consumer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient, with proof of purchase and is not transferable.
