Rich. Sturdy. Tall. Dark. Wait…this isn’t a dating profile. But if it were, I’d be the walnut end grain cutting board to swipe right on. I’m made right here in the USA, where my parents hand-select only the highest-quality hardwood, crafted in small batches.

I live for big jobs because I’m built to work from all angles, whether BBQ, carving, or chopping. You’ll never be bored with me thanks to my built-in juice groove side that holds up to 4.5 oz of liquid, perfect for juicy prep or slicing steak (which, by the way, looks amazing on me). Flip me over, and my flat side is ready for kneading dough, rolling out pasta, or serving finger foods. I also come with removable rubber feet on both sides, so no matter how tough the task, I’ll stay steady. So, go ahead—slice, dice, mince, chop, and carve your heart out; I’m a professional, meaning as your cutting board, I won’t break a sweat.

Likes: Iron Chef, carnivores (meet your new meat board BFF), long walks to the backyard, working out new recipes that include carving, chopping, BBQs and everything in between —plus, anything that makes my walnut end grain design the center of attention.

Dislikes: Dishwashers, baths, or anything involving submersion in water or steam (see our FAQs for details). Also, the stove and my family are in a lifelong feud, so please don’t store me directly next to or on top of him—I just can’t stand the heat.

Safe & Non-Toxic: Free of BPA, phthalates, and formaldehyde, I’m proud to be part of a non-toxic cutting board family.

Care: Please hand wash me only. Oil me every two weeks with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax. Find my full care instructions here.
